Empowering Minds, Improving Lives

Brighter Day Psychiatry is dedicated to bringing light to mental wellness and holistic psychiatric medication solutions. We pride ourselves on providing personalized & effective mental health care to individuals and families. Trust us to guide you on your journey towards emotional wellness and a fulfilling life.

Brighter Day Psychiatry is a telehealth-based mental health and psychiatry practice that provides medication management for various mental health conditions. We offer services to Maryland, Washington D.C., and Delaware residents, ages 16 and up. As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, my goal is to help you get back on track and not just survive, but thrive.

My approach to mental health care is client-centered and collaborative, which means we’re in this together! No one-size-fits-all approaches here. Together, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan that’s tailored to your specific needs, so you can start feeling better ASAP. Ready to get started? Let’s connect!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner ( PMHNP-BC) with experience in treating individuals with various mental health conditions. My previous experience as a bedside nurse has enabled me to offer well-rounded holistic and compassionate mental health treatment. Even though I treat both men and women, I do specialize in treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I have a perinatal mental health certification obtained by the Postpartum Support International. Additionally, I have experience working with women who are trying to conceive, pregnant, postpartum and who have experienced a perinatal loss. Learn More >>
